Tara Choi’s First Ecommerce Store — Built From Zero.
Tara Choi is a Korean influencer in Malaysia with 448K Instagram followers and 1M TikTok followers, known for Korean-Malaysian food content. Kedai Mat Tara is her gochujang sauce brand — launched as her first ever ecommerce store. As official CAP partners, we built the entire TikTok Shop operation from scratch.

Tara Choi built her audience through authentic Korean-Malaysian food content — cooking videos, restaurant reviews, and cultural food storytelling. When she decided to launch her own gochujang sauce brand (Kedai Mat Tara), she had the audience but not the commerce infrastructure. That’s where we came in.
As official CAP (Creator Agency Partner) partners, we built and managed Tara’s entire TikTok Shop from scratch — the first ecommerce store she’d ever operated. Q3 delivered $7.5K GMV with a brand-new shop in a competitive F&B category.

Building an ecommerce store from absolute zero for a creator who’d never run commerce before.
UGC Content Production
Produced brand video content showcasing the gochujang sauce in native TikTok format — cooking demonstrations, taste tests, and product origin stories. Content that felt authentic to Tara’s existing style and audience expectations, not like advertising.
Live Selling Strategy
Built Tara’s live selling playbook from scratch — how to structure a live show, how to demonstrate a food product in a way that converts, how to handle viewer engagement and purchasing prompts during the live. Tara’s natural personality was the asset; we gave it a commercial framework.
