At LiveBuzz Studio, we’re not another agency claiming TikTok expertise. We’re former TikTok team members who worked inside the platform’s commercial infrastructure, developing the very systems that determine which brands dominate and which struggle.
Our team, made up of former TikTok insiders, has a unique understanding of the platform’s ecosystem. We weren’t studying successful brands from the outside—we were training the agencies they hire and refining the frameworks they use. Our Story
LiveBuzz Studio exists because we saw a problem that frustrated us daily while working inside TikTok’s commercial infrastructure. Brilliant brands were failing catastrophically on the platform—not because they lacked great products or marketing budgets, but because they didn’t understand the systems
We were managing from within. We were the team inside TikTok managing the TSP, CAP, and TAP programs. We trained agencies on commerce optimization. We coached mega creators on sales strategies. We managed partnerships with global brands scaling on TikTok.
But we watched these same agencies and brands struggle when they tried to implement what we taught them. They had pieces of the puzzle, but they were missing the complete systematic understanding that only comes from working within these programs daily.
So we made a decision that changed everything.
Instead of staying inside TikTok and watching brands waste millions on fragmented strategies, we left to become the bridge between TikTok’s internal commercial intelligence and the businesses that needed it most.
